The Dub Ivins Texas Rails Exhibitors' Award
High Point Award for the Texas Shows!
The award will be given for points accumulated at
the same shows as Gaits of Texas.
After spending his life preparing gaited horses and their owners for the show ring, Dub Ivins would like to encourage youth and amateur adult riders to continue the tradition he loves so well.
This award promotes the sound, flat shod, show horse of Texas. The trophy will be presented at the Moonwalker Memorial, to the amateur exhibitor who has earned the most points in the show circuit. The winner will be recognized on the Show Sign Up website and the Happy Hill Stable website.
Points will go with the rider and will accrue in all rail class in each of the shows.
There is still no charge for Texas Rails, but you must be signed up in Gaits of Texas! (Gaits of Texas Form)
Texasʼs show secretary extraordinaire, Paula Sue Swope, will track the points and let us know who comes out on top.
